Tenant FAQs
Answers to your frequently asked questions
-
Can you hold a place before I apply?
Properties are rented on a first-come, first-served basis once a completed application and required fees are received. To secure your desired rental, we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age to enter into a binding lease agreement in your state). -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Security deposits are refundable as long as all lease terms are fulfilled and there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Deductions may be made for unpaid rent, excessive damages, or cleaning costs if necessary. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply online through our secure application portal or submit an application in person. Each application must include the application fee, proof of income, and a valid form of identification. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent payments can be made conveniently through the tenant portal, which accepts online payments 24/7. Depending on the property, you may also pay by automatic bank transfer, check, or money order. -
My lease expiration is coming up, and I want to move out. What should I do?
Most leases require written notice before vacating—typically 30 to 60 days. Review your lease for specific requirements and submit your intent to vacate in writing before the deadline to avoid additional charges. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests?
Routine maintenance and repairs are handled by Andruk Property Management LLC. Tenants are responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse. Please submit all maintenance requests promptly through your tenant portal to ensure timely service.
