Meet the Team

Andruk Property Management was founded with a simple goal: to provide property owners with a better, more personal, and more transparent approach to property management. We saw a need for a company that truly values communication, accountability, and hands-on service—and we built Andruk Property Management to meet that need.

While we are paid by the property owner, we believe great property management means working hard for both owners and tenants. When tenants are treated with respect and properties are well cared for, everyone benefits. This balanced approach helps protect your investment while creating positive, long-term tenant relationships.

To keep costs down and quality high, we provide in-house, hands-on maintenance and repairs whenever possible. This allows us to respond quickly, control expenses, and ensure work is done to our standards—saving our owners time and money.

We also take a proactive approach to property care. An in-house team member personally visits every property we manage every two months to change HVAC air filters and document the condition of common areas. These visits help prevent small issues from becoming costly problems and give owners peace of mind through regular photo updates and clear communication.

Beyond property management, we believe in giving back. Andruk Property Management proudly sponsors and supports local schools and extracurricular activities, investing in the communities where we live and work.
