How and when do I get my checks?
Owner disbursements are made on a regular schedule—typically via direct deposit—after rent has been collected and applicable expenses have been processed. This timeline can vary based on how weekends and holidays fall in any given calendar month. -
How is rent collection handled?
We offer multiple payment options, including secure online payments, to make rent collection simple and efficient. Late payments are managed according to the terms outlined in the lease agreement. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the management agreement is completed and the property is ready for leasing. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage 1 to 4 unit residential properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owners receive monthly financial statements detailing rent collection, expenses, and maintenance activity. Additional or custom reports can be provided upon request.
